What is included with the camper rental?

All units come equipped with basic cooking essentials (pots, pans, mixing bowls, utensils, etc.), 12 cup coffee pot and mugs, kitchen towels and washcloths, broom, outdoor rug, two outdoor chairs, and basic cleaning supplies. Pillows, bedding, and bath towels are NOT provided. If you are wondering about something specific please don’t hesitate to ask! Other suggested items to bring would include a small grill, extra outdoor chairs, bikes, outdoor games/toys, and firewood.

How far away can the unit be delivered?

We typically only deliver in a radius around Seward, NE that is 75 miles or less one direction. Common delivery places include the State Fair Grounds in Grand Island, Branched Oak, Pawnee, Waco, Mahoney State Park, and Twin Rivers State Park.

What is your cancellation policy?

A full refund will be returned if cancelled seven calendar days or more prior to the rental start date. If cancellation takes place less than seven days prior to the start date only a 50% refund will be given.

How long will it take for the damage deposit to be returned after the rental?

After inspection of the unit upon return, damage deposits will be returned within 2-7 days after the return date.

Do I need to book a campsite before booking a camper rental?

During the summer months, campsites fill up quickly. We recommend booking a campsite prior to booking a camper rental.

Are dogs allowed in the units?

Dogs are allowed in the units with a one time non-refundable pet fee of $50. We ask that the pets stay off of the beds and furniture and that you properly pick up after your pet at your campsite.
